Since 1997 (when the Super Glazier - TonCut’s predecessor - was created), six basic algorithms for improved cutting optimization, two global optimization algorithms, AI and three strategies for input material selection have been added.
Depending on the user's requirements and needs, any combination of these algorithms and strategies can be used to obtain the most optimal result.

TonCut can optimize by multiple search profiles simultaneously. This allows situations where the first cuttings are filled in 99% and the rest contain a lot of waste to be avoided.
